Delivery Across The UK

We use external carriers and although we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery, we will always do our best to work around your deadlines. If a set time is required, then please inform our sales staff whilst ordering your goods or add comments when completing your online order. Whilst every effort is made to keep to the specified time, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods.


Please make sure that on any confirmed delivery date someone is available to accept and sign for all deliveries showing date and time as redelivery will mean an additional charge. Please check goods before signing for them. If damaged goods are signed for, we will not be able to replace them without additional costs.

Made to order products are based on your order and cannot be returned. It is important that options such as sizing, and finishes are double checked before ordering.

All delivery information and pricing on this website are estimates for mainland UK and are subject to goods being in stock. Delivery timescales based on working days – Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). Deliveries outside mainland UK can take longer.



All delivery addresses must be complete. They must also include a contact name, post code and telephone number. PO boxes are not acceptable.

Once we receive your order you will receive a delivery form to the email address provided on your order. Please complete the delivery form as soon as possible to avoid any delays in delivery.


All Kerbside deliveries unless arranged otherwise, are to the front door or reception of the premises. Involving no obstacles such as stairs, steps, steep inclines, or descents. Goods will not be unpacked or taken anywhere inside the premises.

All Placement deliveries unless arranged otherwise, are to the ground floor of the shipping address. With clear access, involving no obstacles such as stairs, steps, steep inclines, or descents.


Should delivery fail due to an issue with access, or no person(s) being available to accept delivery and sign for goods, a redelivery charge will occur. This may also include a charge for goods being placed into storage until redelivery.


Where applicable an installation team consisting of 2 persons will deliver your order and take it into the ground floor of your premises. If you require the packaging to be taken away, or for the cabinet to be positioned on another floor we can do this for an additional charge but only if indicated at time of placing the order. Please call us for further details.


We do not recommend delivering direct to Hotel or conference venues prior to your arrival where parcels are signed for on your behalf. With shift changes and no formal goods inwards departments our advice is not to use this option. If you do choose this option then any dispute regarding

Delivery Timescales

Orders received before 1.30pm on a normal working day are delivered the following working day. Subject to order/delivery details being complete/correct and stock availability.



For items not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible with available alternatives.

Collection – From our warehouse in Bristol, UK

All collections must be arranged with us prior to your visit to our Bristol warehouse. Subject to stock. For units that are fully assembled please be aware that a suitable vehicle or courier will be required.

Artwork printing

Once your order involving graphics has been placed, you can send us your artwork via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox. We will advise when the order is received as to the artwork guidelines for submission. All orders requiring a graphic are subject to site of artwork. We require a minimum of 5 working days for output on your approval of a proof. We will endeavour to advise you of a delayed delivery but cannot be liable for any delay in delivery of any goods.

Exceptions

Delivery prices quoted are to all UK mainland addresses with the following areas carrying an additional surcharge.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, Devon & Cornwall

Returns

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering.


Exhibitions & Displays Direct Ltd does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.


Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Exhibitions & Displays Direct Ltd.



Returned goods will only be accepted, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.


Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation number from Exhibitions & Displays Direct Ltd.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.
